Intense period pain
Hi my sister is having too much period pain , she has already taken 3 meftal spas and the pain is not lowering , she has Adenomyosis. Also she is allergic to diclofenac , what injection or medicine can I give her now to relive pain which will not make her sleepy, plz help ASAP thanks !

As your sister has already diagnosed as having adenomyosis ,intense pain is common . She can take inj Dynapar iv,. Or tab tramodol but it causes vomiting .
