Cold + headache + fever
I got cold from last 4-5 days and from last two days I am having fever and constant headache. By taking diclofenac it comes down. But in few hours , it starts headache and fever, again.

I have left testicle pain and later got piles. Doctor said to take
metronidazole 400mg(mrng,afrnun,night),
ciprofloxacin 500mg(mrng,night),
diclofenac sodium 100mg(mrng,night),
pcm 500mg(mrng,aftrnun,night),
Doxycycline 100mg(mrng,night),
lactulose syrup(mrng,afrnun,night)
can I skip pcm and diclofenac ?

Having lots of sneezing whole day. Fever 101 during evening, Cough and sore fhroat
Taken medication includes Amoxclav 2 a day, Citrazene evening and Diclofenac/paracetamol. Ambroxol doesnt suits.
What more can be added? Any home remedies

Constant dull aching pain

I feel constant dull aching pain in left side of back from 20days. Sometimes it feel in front side at same point. Feel dull pain when I sleep on left side . No other symptoms . Consulted with local physician they given tab aciloc and diclofenac but no results.
