Hi Doctor I was diagnoised with L5S1 disc protrusion with neural foraminal narrowing on Nov'2023. Took physiotherapy for few weeks and started Core muscle strengthen exercises. I had to travel 50kms a day in bus. Most of the time it's sore pain in the l5S1 segment. Daily doing 20mnts core strengthen exercise morning and evening. Will it be settled permanently. Or travel will make the symptoms worst?

So whenever I flex my core hard, a hard lump appears in between my second highest pair of abs (fills in the gap between them). It hurts when I push on it, especially on its center. I think (not sure) that it originates from one time I felt a tear-like pain doing a core exercise in that area and had to wait over a month before I could do similar exercises again (this was a little over a year ago). This lump has been present for a while, I forgot about it for a while.

Hi Doctor, My wife had ill defined mass at arelo area. Had core biopsy and too multiple samples. Found out to be Fat necrosis in biopsy. Now the issue is breast at biopsy incision area is hard and having occasional sharp pinning pain. It has been 9 days, but still it is not recovered. How many days it will take for breast core biopsy to heal. Will cold or hot compress help? Please suggest. Thanks in advance

I have back pain issue..in lumbar region.. I was asked to avoid weight training, running, jumping or squats etc as it puts impact on lower back. Have started swimming for core strengthening n weight loss n other core exercises that has helped a lot. But now in this lock down period unable to find a way to workout to loose weight as we can't go out. Can i do surya namaskars at home? Will they help ease lower back pain and stay fit??

I've been noticing this pattern for some time now. Whenever i do some squats or lunges with weights or even do some core exercises.
