Abdominal pain
I've been noticing this pattern for some time now. Whenever i do some squats or lunges with weights or even do some core exercises. A number of times i tend to develop some lower abominal cramps on left or right side the next day (mostly on right side). Its strange. What could be the possible reason?

Its normal that u get this pain with vigorous workouts...but if the pain is too much then u shld consult any doctor.. My advise is to drink more water and calcium suplements
