Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

If you will do sensible eating after the liposuction done it's ok to do but if you thinking to do sensible eating after that then why not before that and start following the get by weight loss diets .I can make you eat everything which you like and still you can loose your weight . .my self Dt.Ritu Arora believes in food is medicine.

The best way to reduce your weight is to take healthy diet. If you opt the surgery then afterwards you have to take the balance diet. So the surgery should be the last option. First you have to take healthy diet with good homemade fat cutter drink. Detox water like cinnemon water, Cummin seed water will also help you in order to reduce your weight. Once you reduce your weight you should take maintenance diet too.

Liposuction is just body contouring process.The best idea for weight loss is maintained life style. Eat proper meal at proper time. Take high fibre diet plan and do exercises. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods fatty food's processed foods.

Hi Why u want to go for U-Lipo ,have u tried weight loss through healthy diet and activity regime ??      _______________________________ You should always try healthy journey or healthy diet for loosing weight, if that doesn't work  then u should go for something like this. I would never recommend these types things in a earlier stage. I think anybody can lose weight through a healthy diet and activity.You can consult me or any other dietitian for a personalised diet plan.
