I need to know about your eating pattern in routine... U need to start detox water in the morning... Like cinnamon water, jeera water, flaxseed water, Green coffee beans unroasted, etc Eat more fibre... Eat more of fruits and vegetables.... Avoid fats, junk food , cold drinks, full cream dairy product... Use skimmed milk and its product... more of salad and curd need to take on daily basis Eat almonds and walnut but not to be soaked in a water... Increase physical exercise .... at home level Take more of water in a day...

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you
