For motion problem Latichep syrup if needed. Please assist me

I am 45 year male diabetic since 15 years. Since 02 month I have severe fatigue, generalized muscle pain, cramps, nausea , shortness of breath. Lightheadedness and chest pain. Presently I am taking insulin 30/70, telma 40, janumet, concor 5 mg, pan 40, nicorandil 5. My serum urea is slightly elevated with normal creatinine. Esr 41, my vit d, vit b12, thyroid test are normal. Plt 1.23,hb 12.5. Kindly advice.

Hi Doctor, I am 45 years old unmarried man. I am obese 133kg weight. Height 5feet 7 inches. I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. My penis is shrunk no erection. No morning wood. I consulted Urologist. I was given Tadaflo 5mg after all harmon tests. I had Tadaflo 5mg for months but still no erection. My Master health checkup is fine. I have High BP medicine Concor 5mg and Abel 40mg daily. What is causing no penis erection in me??? Is it my big tummy obese body? My question shall I have Tadaflo 5mg daily with Tentex Royal Ayurvedic medicine daily? Please answer.

My father aged 63 years Since last 1 year he is losing weight . In october 2022 his weight was 82 kg and now is 75 kg in december 2023 Since june 2023 , he is also having fatigue . All his test including ultrasound x ray are normal He took treatment of ibs in june 2023 since then he is having fatigue before that he was very active Ibs medicine continued till august 2023 ( razo l , cizaspa x ) Now he is taking ecosprin av 75 alternate day , flotral alternate day , triolzemest once a day , concor 2.5 once a day Is it normal or should get his some ct scan done as he cannot have mri as there is a rod in his right hand I am worried

I am having frequent skipped beats from yesterday ( getting 15-20 beats in an hour ) I don't know what they are (PVC or PAC) I have had ECG yesterday no PVC was diagnosed in that and previously in holter a month back no PVC were there but from yesterday I feel a flutter in my center chest frequently. My ECHO has always been normal ( last happened in June) and recent NT pro BNP is 50 any negative Trop I. But I feel anxious and afraid of sleeping as I feel it will kill me in Sleep. Are they this dangerous? All I am thinking of V-Fib and SCD in sleep. Apart from that I don't feel any other symptoms as of now and no rapid heart beats. I am on concor 2.5 mg. But skipped beats are pronounced.

I have been taking concor 2.5 mg for my heartbeat since 2-3 months as prescribed for my myocardial bridge in LAD. I had my holter 15 days back which has sinus tachycardia and otherwise normal but Max QTC was 536 when my HR was 124. Couple of days back I had an ECG which was normal but my QTC was 463. Today morning when I was resting my HR was around 55-60 though there were no difficulties as such but I felt panicked so I went for ECG. I had 2 ECGs in the span of 15 mins. First ECG has QTC 310 and second ECG has QTC 432. Please tell me if both the ECGs are normal? Why fluctuating QTC ? Is it okay to have resting HR of 55-60 even when I'm a patient of sinus tachycardia?

At around 1:30 hours ago I have sudden nausea and jaw tightness accompanied by rapid heartbeat of 135-140 and anxiety. By BP is around 130/80. Now my pulse and nausea is stabilised but I still have jaw tightness and anxiety with weakness in whole body. I used to take concor 2.5 mg. From today Morning I was put on dilizem 60 mg BD and daxid 25 mg due to myocardial bridge in LAD. Is I am having cardiac issue right now? I am also feeling burning sensation in stomach and upper back.

Hi..i am having palpitations from last year. So i gone through few tests like holter and echo,ECG..evrything was fine..then i was on beta blocker 5mg medication since last year and i gradually decreased dose..now iam taking 1.25 concor alternative days. But the thing is from last 15 days i was experiencing so many palpitations then i went to cardiologist and he done echo,ECG ,holter. All are fine..holter it's showing 0.18 percentage of ventricular ectopics.he said it's fine but still iam going lot more ectopic beats..agian i had 12 led ECG done few hours back and it's showing normal..and i had blood tests done..i am having calicum deficiency of value 8.2 . But still my ectopic beats irritating so much It's bothers me alot and ruined my quality of life..iam feeling so depressed.. please help me out.
