My daughter is 7 years old she is having fever ranging between 101.9 to 102.8 sometimes 103.1 since 2days. Doctor gave Crocin 240 8ml and mentioned meftal p 5ml also. I misread the prescription and gave both crocin and meftal p together, I should have given only 1 medicine.(gap between the two was 5mins). I gave 2 such doses today. Will there be any complications?

I had a h/o spotting p/v the day before yesterday. I thought it to be my menstrual bleed as it was within the range of my menstruation period. But since then, i haven't had any bleed through p/v. I am not having my menstrual cramps as well. My LMP is 24/03/22. I have a h/o protected intercourse on 10/04/22. Can anyone suggest what should I do next?

My son is 3. 4 yrs old and since yesterday he has been suffering from high fever 102 - 103 F [coughing is also there] We started giving meftal p as there was no impact of paracetamol. Last time we gave 4ml of meftal p @ 10:50pm and by 12:30 am it got little subsidized and now at 3pm he again got 102F. its been only 5 hrs after last dose. Pls sugest
