  4. Dosage of p-250 suspension. It to 5ml?

Dosage of p-250 suspension
My 2 years baby has fever 100.5 from yesterday. We are giving p-250 suspension of 2.5ml every 6 hrs. Is the dosage right? Or should we increase it to 5ml ? He weighs 11kgs.
