Fever from last 2 days
Hello doctor, My 2years old son getting fever from last 2 days . Iam using meftal-p suspension syrup in 5 ml dosage. After tacking syrup the temperature is cooling down and after 7 to 8 hours he is getting fever again.and felling little cold hence we are using L-hist syrup in 5ml dosage.He is playing normally and no other issues when the fever is normal. This is the first time that he is getting fever continually for 2 days . Help me out with some solution

Any simple fever can last upto 4 days without any major problems. It appears to be a viral respiratory infection which will resolve. But for confirmation, please visit a pediatrician for check up. Decreased activity and appetite are warning signs
