Helllo doctor , My son is 3 and half years old . He is running high temperature . I have been alternating between Crocin syrup and maftal p ( of fever is above 101 ) every 6 hrs since the past two days . I have him Crocin syrup half an hr ago , but now his fever is 102. Can I give him maftal p immediately now to bring down his fever .

Hi Is it safe to take fenu-p tablets while breast feeding (6 months old baby). Fenu p has aceclofenac 100 mg + paracetamol 325mg. Suggested for lower back pain. Query is about taking aceclofenac during lactation. Thanks in advance.
