High PDW & P-Lcr
High in my blood test I have observed high PDW ( 34.2) and high P-Lcr (65) , platelet count 153000 .
Apart from this iron is low iron, serum (34)
From one day before I have pain in my body and fever .
What these high value of PDw and P-Lcr is indicating is that my fever is due to this only , or this is high because fever

There isn't sufficient information to give you a specific diagnosis. The iron levels are suggestive that you have anemia and the platelet count is within lower end of normal limits but if you have fever with chills and a tapering platelets you should rule out dengue. These findings must be clinically correlated so kindly visit a MD general medicine so that you can be evaluated and treated accordingly.
