I didn't get periods for 2 months (the last period was from april 2-9) after which I took cyclenorm p and e and got my period on june 2 and they lasted for 3 days. Can I rule out pregnancy?

Hello doctor, My baby girl will be 3 months old by next week.. She was born at 35 weeks and birth weight is 1.95 kgs.. My doctr has Prescribed calcimax-P syrup 2.5ml twice a day upto 3 months... I have more than half a bottle still... So do i need to stop it as soon as she completes 3 months or shall I continue until the bottle gets over... Kindly suggest...
