Fever not controlling with meftal p
My daughter 2 years old is having fever from pasr 2 days and on day one ga e fepanil but not controlled then visited doctor and he gave meftal p 2.5 ml still its not controlling with it, she is having 102 on and off what should i do to controll it, she is not allowing me to do sponzing also.
