Deviation in P/Qrs/T
I have been suffering from left hand pain for the past 1 week. Today i have taken ecg and doctor said that there is some deviation in p/qrs/T. I didn't understand anything. He also suggested me for the Coronary Calcium Score test. Do i have any heart problem?

I don't think you have any cardiac issue. But definitely you have to clear your doubt if you have one.. ECG doesn't show any gross changes. In your age group having atypical symptoms, usually have very low probability of having cardiac issue.. I would suggest TMT test rather than CT coronary calcium score.. TMT is good enough.

TMT
Health Tips
check up Lipid profile, and be cautious if you have family history of premature cardiac problems.
