I have got rtpcr tested positive detected few hours ago. Lab: Acme (icmr approved) Test Details: Confirmatory gene Ct Value 17 Screening by 'E' gene and confirmation by RdRp / N gene. The test detects all the variants such as Alpha(B.1.17), Beta( B.1.351), Gamma(P.1), Delta(B.1.617.2) and Omicron(B.1.1.529) in clinical samples. Please help me to share comment how serious is my case? I am currently experiencing coughing and body temperature is 99.9 and Oxygen saturation is between 98-99. 2 days before i was feeling very much sleepy and tired. Hi, My baby has 3 years old and weight is 12 kgs, she is not taking food properly and she tell the that there is pain inside ass, so I felt that there is worms problem and given albendezole 3 ml at 8 pm in the evening, next morning she is suffered with gas problem and vomited two times and she told that having stomach pain. we given butter milk and some little rice and given vomikind 2 ml at 7 pm and after that no vomiting happened. On that evening 11 pm she having fevar with 102 we given P- 250 5 ml. Today morning she motioned white liquid with some worms and told that she has pain stomach and not taking much food , it really worries me a lot , what is the problem ? Is that really problem with albendozole or some thing ? Please suggest me ... Thank you Venkatesh

I am 13 days post-op after stapled hemorrhoidopexy, rectal polypectomy and sphincterotomy (for a fissure). I am completely off antibiotics and painkillers since one week, and my pain levels are also lower. The only complication which I'm having that is bothering me, is that I'm taking cremaffin plus syrup (20ml) with warm water every night which is causing loose motions from morning to noon every day. This is turn is causing burning pain in my rectal region (6 o' clock position where my grade 3 internal hemorrhoid used to be) The pain is so severe that I'm having great difficulty urinating for the next 2 hours.. by evening things are becoming normal and I'm again almost pain-free. What can I do or should do? Please help me. This is making me anxious. (PS: I'm taking warm water sitz bath with betadine thrice a day along with topical ointments like Crema gel and Metrogyl-p that I apply after bowel movement)

Two weeks back I found some red dots types spots on my left leg, few spots on right leg and on stomach one spot which were letter on became some light. Next week I found more such spots on my right leg but this time where ever this spots were appeared I had swelling and little pain also. I consulted my homeo physicial he told me it's viral skin infection nothing to worry but I don't have relief in 2 3 days. I consulted a dermatologist he started treatment including medrol 16 and suggest following test: 1. LFT:- Other parameters normal except SGPT 100 2. P Times studies: Normal 3. Platelets:- 2,59,000 It's 5th day of allopathic treatment for last two days it was looking like I am recovering from this issue but now again I noticed 2 3 more Red spots in left leg and since it is near viens so also causing swelling. Please guide what should I do.? Which issue is this exactly.?

Hi sir my son Is 4 years old & Weight is 9.600 kgs & He is having Fever Runny Nose & Cough Since 2 days,i:e; 101-102 Fever range.I consulted to pediatrician and My son was prescribed with below medications: Fepanil 120, 6ml when temperature. Meftal- P, if Temperature again between 1to4 hours. Clavam Forte 3ml Morning and Evening. Dilo Ls 3 times in a day 5ml. Tuscold Af 2 times 4ml. & Nebulize With Combimist- L But its been 2 days complete & My son has completed 4 antibiotic Doses and other doses Giving Too.His is getting fever every 6 hours Again & Again & When he is not with fever that time he is playing,Eating meals but When Temperature is coming to him he is Lying down at one place and becomes Dull. please Suggest Is He on correct medication and still how much time it will take him to become Allright. Do reply ASAP.

Hi. I got my tests done(reports attached) in end of May as I'm an overweight and had started facing problems like breathlessness, high bp (140/90) etc. I wasn't well in April and it looked like covid though report was -ve and then I faced weakness for more than 1 month. I started having pain in upper part of arm b/wshoulder and elbow and sometimes in left part of chest when I was moving forward or cough. It is still there however intensity is low. I went to cardiologist and ecg was fine. He put me on telmekind, rozurvat p, stresscom, udiliv, vit d, nurokind and placid. I took all other medicine but not placid for about 20 days now. Getting the physiotherapy done on neck which should help pain near shoulder and chest. Just wanted to get opinion on is it fine to consume so many medicines simultaneously and should I continue? Hopefully this pain is not due to heart disease? When I took pain killer like hifenec MR for 5 days, pain was completely gone. Have taken both doses of covaxin also

Hi On 24th April I was tested covid positive. After 18 days of covid, I got chest and back pain. Back pain persisted few days but chest pain continued for 2 weeks and it was like burning sensation . There was pain in the middle of my chest for which doctor prescribed me pantop dsr & hifenac p. After taking medicine little bit pain still persisted but that pain was bearable. I did crp & cbc test on 25th May and report was normal. Crp - 0.03 mg/L. In the end of month May I got fully recovered from chest pain. But now from 2-3 days chest pain came back and pain is in the middle of my chest. Should I go for chest x-ray or any test. From more than a week I'm suffering from parosmia too. Food that I eat tastes smoky. What should I do? Kindly reply.

On 10th my husband was diagnosed covid...he was almost asymptomatic..only had sore throat ...he took zincovit,limcee twice daily, ivermectin twice daily for 3days...on 28th ... diagnosed negative...but since then he has off n on fever( 99) subsides on its own.got tested...crp 25, d-dimer-0.52,ldh-305,.Dr adviced methylprednisolone 8mg twice daily, rivaroxaban 2.5mg twice daily,atarax once, seradic-p twice daily, zincovit...felt better no fever for some days.Dr tapered methylprednisolone 4mg for twice daily, half paracetamol 500mg for twice daily, rivaroxaban for once daily..but again after two days...fever (99)with chills...2nd time d-dimer done 0.49 after tapering medicines d-dimer again 0.52
