Glucoma in right eye under control with azopt and latanprost. Pressure 11-12. Blood glucose 112.3/132.8. Platelet between 1.14-1.25. Triglycerides 155.5. Globulin 2.23. VLDL 31.1. B/P 110/70. Seen while looking at near objects. Wish to know whether deficiency in operation or age related or more eye work. Suggest operation required, medicines and fruits etc in diet and best specialist in NCR

After 2 weeks of exposure of sex with sex worker from vaginal sex, I got symptoms like neck pain, headache, constipation, chest pain etc, all symptoms gone in 3,4 weaks after exposure but still I have constipation from 2 months I do HIV p 24 Antigens and antibodies test at 31 ,42 ,56 days after exposure,STD panel test at 42 days all negative but herpes igg value is 2.28 , can anyone tell which test I do again because I still have constipation before Exposure i don't have constipation till long from 2 months

Hi doc My baby girl was born 1 month before my edd and is presently 2 months and 13 days old. Dr. Has prescribed her D3 drops daily quantity 1 ml 800 IU. I had read somewhere that 1ml of 400 IU or 0.5 ml of 800 IU should be given. I am confused. Kindly guide. She has also been prescribed multivitamins A to Z 0.5 ml daily and another tonic with the name calcikind - p suspension 1 ml twice a day. Thanks in advance

I had having stomach pain in both my right and left upper abdomen. Sometimes lower abdomen also. Black stool with mushy texture. Not proper appetitite. Headache also and sometimes pain in chest areas , fingers and toes. This all started when I accidentaly had a scoop of fake whey protein a month ago. I stopped consuming it immediately. I also did blood test two times both times shows slight liver problem. But a significant elevation in P- Lcr, Pdw and MPV. Also not energetic like before. I am confused to how to start the treatment and of which thing. Please guide.

I just had tooth cleaning done and my dr said i have inflammation on my gums and early or mild gingivitis.Im on Dox 100(Doxycycline and lactus bacillus) course for 14 days starting from today ie 7-5-25 for 14 days. Im also applying Rexidin M gel twice a day. I have a close marriage ceremony and bachelor's party on Saturday and Sunday (10th and 11th) Can i drink beer ? (3-4 cans) on both the days ? Previously i have completed 3 day course of olox oz, aldigesic p and rabasec dsr from 4-6 may. I cant miss the party.

My friend was suffering from Orchitis in the left testicle with chronic mild hydrocele. He carried out a semen analysis and found no sperm in the semen. The semen analysis was repeated and the result showed puss cells in the semen and no sperm. He was advised and carried out a TRUS scan and it turned out to be normal with Prostate normal. No evidence of any calcification or cyst. Blood tests was carried out with Serum LH (9.75), Serum FSH (7.83), Prolactin (23) and Testosterone (576). He is undergoing medication for Orchitis (Augmentin 625, Zerodol P, Chymoral Forte and Decet BD). What should be the further course of action ? Is the Azoospermia linked with Orchitis ? Is it reversible ?

My daughter aged 8 yrs is suffering from high grade fever like 103.7 armpit from last 5 days . We have have given her meftal p or Crocon based o the fever grade from past 5 days. It initially started with stomach ache and vometti g which subsided after a day. The fever still persistent so we consulted a pediatrician who gave antibiotics (amoxilin and clinic acid) combination along with fever reducing drugs. He has also asked to get blood and urine test done . What could be the possible reason for the fever he did not tell can you please advise on it . tets reports are still pending.

My son is 2 yrs 1 month old. We travelled from Delhi to Mumbai on 24th. He had cough and cold and we were giving him nebuliser. Then from 25th he started getting a fever and some kind of summer heat rahses we visited doctor. Have been giving meds for cough cold and fever . The rashes reduced but fever is still there till now. We also did blood tests but all reports are normal.just crp was 36.7. He is also having some discharge and white matter in one of his ears  and loose pasty motions since 3 days. Normal paracetamol is not working when meftal p is given it works for 6 hours and again fever returns. It is going on for 8 days now. Now Fluvir, zinconia and azee 100 are being given since 2 days but fever is not subsiding. Whole night he is having fever.

Hi. My 2 year  weight is 10. 7,,,, not well from long time she is getting sick again and again so he loses his wait around 1 kg so we visit a pediatrician for this and he prescribed us these medication (cyproheptadine hydrochloride and tricholine citate syrup 2.5ml in the night before food),,, ( calcimax-p 5ml 2 times ) ,,,,,( amino acid, multivitamins multiminerals and antioxidants oral suspension 5ml 1 time )... . I noticed that from  yesterday she was sleeping more after taking medicines so I m worried please help she is sleeping more and early as per her daily routine.

I found my stools are coming normal but when it dissolved in water it looks like powder..it dissolves and looks like powder partially this also is there for a week..is it any worrying signs ? I have anal fissure when i visited doctor they said it is anal fissure and they gave medicine it got well in 3 days no pain and no symptoms there after...then after that pain suddenly starts again but this its different like paining from spinal to anus and legs are feeling weak i dont know its continuation of that anal fissure so decided to go another time to doctor and he said it not healed so only paining nu but it was paining from abdomen to low is it will be like or any other reasons? Now I'm taking lorness p and cefixime and ofloxacin tablets as prescribed
