My daughter age is 15 months old, she always rubbing, putting finger in her vagina from last couple of months . Redness also observed in side vagina. From yesterday night onwards, she was also  suffering from fever and temperature remaining  between 101 to 102. Also we provided twice 1 ml P-125 paracetamol paediatric oral suspension ip. Dear Doctor, My Son had fever last 3days and we administered P250 for 48hrs which reduced his temperature from 104f to 99f yesterday. Today morning he was well, suddenly from afternoon temperature Rose to 103.5f have given Meftal p -7ml. He has also got cold n running nose now.. please advise if visiting a pediatric is advised or should wait for his condition to improve.

My eosiniphil is at 23% with count 1633 (high). How do I know what is causing this eosiniphil level high? I have got ANA, C ANCA, P ANCA tests done which are all negative. My IgE level is 198(high). Is there any way to find out whether it is bacterial, viral or parasitic infection? What are the tests that can be done to know the root cause? I also have chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Fever is gone, should we continue giving calpol 250 to my 3 year old?? He was having fever from last 4 days and we were giving him calpol 250 and Meftol P as per fever measurements... We were giving this when fever is coming back again instead of every 6 hours.. our doctor suggested giving it as SOS.. but now i am worrying what if fever again back because we are again not giving medicine. I have had lower leg problems since february of this year.
