Hi Sir/Mam, Few days back, my father has undergone ECG as a routine check up and has got the report on the same day. Please go through the below findings and let me know the details on the same. Note: Age is 67+, non smokers, controlled Blood Pressure, controlled Blood sugar, have Cholesterol but taking Ecospirin (1tab/day, after dinner) and stroke or heart attack in the past. Findings are: 1- Sinus Rhythm 2- First - degree Atrioventricular Block 3- Left Anterior Hemi Block 4- Anteroseptal Myocardial Infarction (V1, V2, V3) 5- Heart Rate: 74 6- p wave: Normal 7- p-r interval: Prolonged 8- Ors complex: LBBB pattern 9- Axis: LAD 10- QT interval: Normal 11- ST segment and T wave : Secondary phases

3.5 year old Fever 102 now Having fever since Saturday night. Sunday was better Monday again fever Took meftal P on her own till yesterday evening Now not ready to take paracetamol at all.. Keeping tap water sponged cloth on her head Till morning will that be ok as night doctor not available

I am a 25-year-old male with jaw pain near the ear for the past few weeks. The pain occurs only while chewing food or opening my mouth wide; there is no pain at rest. Dental examination and OPG X-ray are normal. I have been taking Zerodol-P and Zerodol-TH8, but the pain has not fully resolved. I want to know the possible cause of this pain and which specialist I should consult for further management.

Hi Wife has got a nose block and Head ache but no fever or cold. She is getting treatment for pregnancy and today is ovulation day as per doctor. Doctor had given Wikoryl and montec lc to take for 5 days but no effect still it is same and getting more severe. Also she is taking progynova 2 mg and folmet. Let us know what to be done or which tablet to be taken to reduce head ache and nose block. Can she take aceflam p.

My son 2.7 old 13kg fever from 24 hours given 2 times ibugesic  100mg and decimet-DDS 2 times but temperature is not in control can I give meftal-p instead of ibugesic or is it ok to give ibugesic in 6 hours interval instead of 8 hour interval decimet giving 2 doses per day

My age is 70 years. I have bloating and gas problem from many years. Empty stomach bloating (Dakar) occurs non stop. I took allopathy, ayurvedic and homeopathic medicine but no result found.vat problem creates pain in many parts of the body. My 16 month old baby ,10 kgs is having fever episodes every 6 hourly since 3 days. Giving her calpol 120,6.5ml and meftal-p 2.5ml 6 hourly. But the fever is not relieved, getting fever again after 6 hours.today she is sleeping a lot otherwise past 2 days , she used to play when fever was reduced? What shall i do ?

I have been suffering from hypersalivation in excess from last 5 months.. My mouth get full of water every five seconds.. I feel embarrased...salivary glands ultrasound is normal...taken glycopyrroalte for one month but fail...now I have consulted to homeopathy doctor...she prescribes iris versicolor three times a day, merc sol 30 three times a day , trifolium p three times a day for one month...pls tell in how many days it will start to work...

Hello Doctor, my son is 7 month old had cold and cough since 6 days, now no cold only cough, we consultant to pediatrician, doctor prescribed solvin cold junior and asthakind p for 5 days. now no cold only cough, but baby vomits all food or milk after 5 to 7 min without coughing,  please help me i can't understand what to do. Please help me.
