Fever last 3 days
I have fever last 3 days which goes upto 102.6 after taking medicines it came down to below 99. But after 6-7 hours it again goes up. I m talking dolo 650, meftal p and Pantocid dsr. There is no cough and cold or other issues. Today is fourth day and fever below 99 degree after taking medicines its stable. Please advise its viral or there is chances of covid infection.

If you are taking Dolo 650 and pantocid and fever goes down no need to take Meftal p as well If the fever continues and any other symptoms develop you will have to take a few tests and take a consultation
