Was diagnosed gout 5-6 years back and it was controlled for quite a few years with diet and lifestyle changes. It resurfaced during covid treatment last year with FabiFlu. Now having pain again, taking Zyloric as per consultations in the past but not sure if I should continue with Diclomol to subside pain or some other painkiller which suits best because during covid gout was prescribed Acenac P also. Please advise.

My father sputum culture show klebsiella p.  I give sample to Apollo lab and dr dang lab. But these two lab give different sensitivity pattern for drugs. One lab show sensitivity to meropenem & amoxy/clavlun and other lab show resistance to it. Pls someone clear this confusion
