My father underwent tracheostomy few days back. Right now he is discharged from hospital and at home. He is taking okacet 10 mg once daily Oritaxim-o 200 twice daily Paracetamol IP 500 mg twice daily Ambroxol HCl 30 mg thrice daily For last 3 days he is having these prescribed medicines, but he has complained that he did not have motion for last 3 days. Yesterday he felt dizzy and vomited also. Fearing it is gas or constipation. Need suggestion....

Hi.. I am suffering with chronic sinusitis and undergone dns surgery twice. But still I am facing heazy movement on for head and eyebrows. More in left side. Currently I am taking levocetrizine hydrochloride (5mg)and Ambroxol hcl (60mg)tablet. Found some changes in dullness. Can I improve this to two doses? Is there any side effects? Last time I used and found sinus congestion discharge. Please suggest.

My 7month old baby is having cough and cold..and was given Levosalbutamol and Ambroxol ..ever since he in this medicine his urineput has reduced to just 5-6times a day..we are giving hom ORS ,rice water apart from milk to reduce dehydration and but not working..three months before also he was given the same medicine and his urine output qas reduced and had dehydration..now only i got to compare the medicine..why these medicine cause dehydration?

Recently i visited to an ent specialist for checkup and he diagnosis that there is thick cough in middle ear. My enthusisatic tube is working correctly as when i do valsalva maneuver air touches the eardrum . Doctor gave me livocitrizen and ambroxol. Would it be help me to remove the fluid from ear. Is my problem cure with this medicine...suggest some measure. My eardrum is pushed to inward and touches with fluid and i feel ear clogged. how i would correct them.. please suggest some. Measures

Hi, I have persistent cough from 4 days. Sometimes very thick and little phlegm comes out . Rt pcr test is negative . However since I have asthma from childhood, it's something causing me wheezing breath. As a maintenance inhaler I am using aerocort and asthalin as a rescue inhaler. Cough syrup used is ambroxol hcl, guaiphensein and terbutaline. Kindly suggest me best treatment to overcome this.

My 20 days old son got infected from his elder brother. He is coughing hard ,nose blocked and dry,cough stucked in nostrils so not latching properly. have showed to pediatric on 2 july 18 he gave Nasivion(saline drop) and Mucolite drops (Ambroxol hydrochloride drops) Can I give steam to him to loosen the mucus. I have been having this pain to the left and slightly below the Adam's apple area for the last 2 months. The pain is considerable when I apply pressure or cough. I have been to 3 ent's and all of them prescribed me antibiotics. They don't seem to work, in fact I feel they only worsen the condition. The third doctor prescribed me a combination of levocitirizine, ambroxol and montelukast tablets. These tablets have helped in subsiding the pain but the moment I stop taking them the pain returns.

Having very bad expectorant cough since past 15 days. The expectorant is clear in colour. There is no fever. Along with that have rales/breathing sounds sometimes. Aggravates very badly after exposure to pollution (during travellin in traffic) and after eating ( sometimes the increased cough causes mild vomiting after having food). Have tried a course a augmentin, viltacef (cephalosporin) but no improvement. Have been taking ambroxol along with all home remedies since 2 days, but there is no.improvement.Please suggest
