Sinus congestion&dullness
Hi.. I am suffering with chronic sinusitis and undergone dns surgery twice. But still I am facing heazy movement on for head and eyebrows. More in left side. Currently I am taking levocetrizine hydrochloride (5mg)and Ambroxol hcl (60mg)tablet. Found some changes in dullness. Can I improve this to two doses? Is there any side effects? Last time I used and found sinus congestion discharge. Please suggest.

You can certainly increase the dosage to twice daily. May have some side effects with the same. I do want you to look at Salt therapy, which may be beneficial to chronic sinus problems.
