Sir u need to consult thoroughly online or physically to get to a proper diagnosis and treatment, I think ua eustachian tube is not working properly that’s why thick fluid has collected in your middle ear resulting in the ear drum to be retracted inwards. It can be treated medically by using decongestant, antibiotics, nasal decongestants but the proper treatment will depend on the cause. Further if it is not getting treated with medicines, we may need to do a small surgery like incision on your ear drum to remove the fluid and put a temporary tube there.
