Glue ear, clogged ears,crackling noise

I am suffering from glue ear problem since last 2-3 years i have been visited to ent specialist..and they have said this is the glue ear condition...i have taken the treatment but no satisfactory results, i hear crackling noise in ear...please suggest some good medicine
