I am taking azilsartan medoxomil 40;aqyazide12 5;prezopress xl 5; for high blood pressure also alfoo for prostate for last one year.i have been now diagnosis with B12 deficiency. I have no heart related problem otherwise as per my tests. I am 60 yes of age. Till how long I have to continue with blood pressure medicine? Can some medication be reduced. Hi, I am  having weak Urine Flow, my qmax is 15ml/sec and qavg is 7.5ml/sec. I had done cystoscopy, and according to doctor there are urethral external sphincters that are tight and due to that flow is low. I am male 34 years pain just above the penis frequent urge to urinate sometime burning sensation in urine almost since last 1 month this problem is recurring. Got urine culture routine, kft, xray & usg kub done all normal uroflow total void vol 530 ml with avg flow 8.9 and max. Flow 12 ml/sec. Doctor prescribed alfoo 10 mg with nubph 2 times but after almost 15 tab no improvement. Consult almost 7 doctor from rg stone, gangaram and jaipur golden please advise something here only do not ask to consult for paid consultancy as already spent alot. Majorly problem during travel then home rg stone says it psychological and jaipur golden doctor says its due to bladder mouth not proper opening if alfoo will not work no medicine will be effective.

Dear Doctor, I have pain in my anus or may be Prostate gland. The pain comes and goes. I went saw Urologist. He checked my Prostate and penis. He asked me to do Urine culture and semen culture. In the test E coli was found in Urine culture and another infection by some name Proteus morabilus in Semen culture. He gave Antibiotics and Alfoo 10mg. After a month I checked again both the bacteria were present. No improvement. He again gave me another Antibiotic with Alfoo 10 mg. I have completed the dosage but still paining if I pass Urine late. I don't pass Urine often as I have less water. Only in winter I pass Urine often. Doctor Urologist has not asked me to report again. Now that I get pain inside anus. What could be the problem? I don't have constipation problem, never had constipation problem in my life. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with stomach Ulcer and 1 year ago with piles by Gastroenterologist. Since last 10-12 days suffering from frequent urination and sleep disturbance...4 times night urination and so sleep disturbance...my age is 33..I have bladder neck obstruction since 2019 April...aiims doctor prescribed me alfoo and my urine flow is normal after that ...my mcu rgu was normal that time ..prostate size was also normal that time as altrasound also done ...doctor told me that it was bladder neck obstruction...since now no problem is there ...but sudden frequent urination both day and night ...I am quite disturb..sir happened to me..I am a little alcoholic and non vegetarian...no other bad habits..
