There is time lag of 15sec, 20 seconds everytime to start urinating. KUB, urethrogram, etc. tests are normal. Uroflowmetry test is worse. On taking Alfoo tab for 6 months there is no improvement in the flow and time lag. Dr. asked for urodynamics test, is this test necessary at this age. What is the problem I am suffering from???

Suffering from bladder neck obstruction dr prescribed alfoo 10 mg using from 6 months no significant improvement in pvr .pvr is till 100 ml and any other option and this 100 ml pvr is dangerous.. Plz clarify??

I had penis burning after urination all day round .and I I have low urine flow also iam taking alfoo and ciprofloxacin I have all test done urinalysis. ultrasound and recently cytoscopy also everything normal .but during physical exam I got pain in prostate when touched ..doctor said its prostatitis but iam taking medication from last 3 weeks but not much improvement any nice experienced suggestions ...

I wanted to know if medication given for Prostatitis or enlarged prostate does interfere with sexual activity. I'm experiencing ED for a couple of days, my erection softens soon or it takes time to reach to an erection. Can this be treated? and why this situation may occur, i took alfoo and mirabegron tablets for treating the prostatitis for a month. please suggest

Hi, Currently I am taking medicine for bladder spasm. The medicine Alfoo i am taking from 8 months and baclofen i have started. Now both this medicines has Side effects of headache, tiredness, vomiting, nausea, dizziness and might be some other. Now, I am facing headache and dizziness more, so any food you would suggest to prevent headache and dizziness???

Have been detected with high neck bladder and been advised incision. But before that I wanted to know if we can do noninvasive treatment. Been in Alfoo for 2 yrs now. Not as effective any more. Tried Silodal for 2 weeks - not helping. Can we try Terazosin? What else can we try other than operation? I am looking for advise please.

In the month of November, I had scrotal pain. Urine culture shows E.coli bacteria (Colony count 2000). I was asked to take Amicin for 10 days. Then too pain didnt subsidy. Then I was asked to take Alfoo, Urispas for a month. Its done. Now, am still feeling slight pain when I didnt wear underwear. With underwear pain is not there. Is it any problem?

Sir today I visited AIIMS for my urine flow problem twice...my abdomen pelvic report is normal ...MCU RGU report normal..but still average urine flow 4.3 and max flow 7.4..doctor didnot satisfied with MCU RGU report...he personally inserted a pipe and checked...that no stricture found ...but he said bladder outlet obstruction and prescribed me alfoo tablet for one month...till now after taking alfoo my urine flow increasing day by day...will alfoo cure my disease or just control...if my prostate is 18 gm and normal ..then what will happened to me...I need urgent solutions...my erectile dysfunction starts again..which medicine should I take ...or go for surgery...I am a newly married person...age 30...no diebetes...
