Scrotal pain without underwear
In the month of November, I had scrotal pain. Urine culture shows E.coli bacteria (Colony count 2000). I was asked to take Amicin for 10 days. Then too pain didnt subsidy. Then I was asked to take Alfoo, Urispas for a month. Its done. Now, am still feeling slight pain when I didnt wear underwear. With underwear pain is not there. Is it any problem?

Just get a Ultrasound scrotum to rule out any abnormalities in testes and epididymis

It wl settle with time...take tablet enzoflam so if pain..also take neurobion forte twice a day for 1 month...
