Bladder neck obstruction
Suffering from bladder neck obstruction dr prescribed alfoo 10 mg using from 6 months no significant improvement in pvr .pvr is till 100 ml and any other option and this 100 ml pvr is dangerous.. Plz clarify??

PVR of 100 ml is not good for bladder. Need further treatment.
