I'm just 25 & all of sudden since last year once and then mainly this year around April fist, then September and then since 3 weeks into November i have been having this urge to urinate again & again, &the feeling that something's left in the stream which urges me to go again! I have done all the tests from KUB, Urine culture, Semen culture & they all have come out normal then why am i having this problem? I have consulted a few doctors too, one said its OAB so i was advised mirago 50 for 10 days first, so i had it for a few days and the problem stopped in September! Then again after a month the problem began again around October end & still on! One doctor advised me an urodynamic study while another has told me to have backstol 200, alfoo and mirago 50 for two weeks and observe! I didn't want to get the urodynamic study done as it looks quite scary & I'm just 25, so i have started with these medicines but is it safe? What should i do and end this problem for good? Please help!

Hello, I have been getting a sensation of obstruction in my urethra since the last 2 months. It's an irritating symptom. There are no physical symptoms on the penis, but it feels as if something is stuck in my mid-part of the urethra, with or without urination This irritation remains all day. I had been given Cital Syrup for 1 month but it had no effect. I have been diagnosed with tender prostate before and I have had uroflowmetries done which indicated that I might have a possible BNO. I had done an MCU and RGU last year which were normal. Currently, my urine flow is low with hesitancy, dysuria and I have overactive bladder symptoms for which I was given medication before. I have taken Alfoo, Urotone, and Mirbeg for these problems. I don't prefer going for surgery because I am young and I fear it will have side effects for lifetime, and surgery doesn't ensure guaranteed success. Can someone suggest a cure for this problem, because the sensation I have is too irritating.

I have urine start problem and frequently urine also. i done all testers but not found any problem, left & right kidney normal. Urinary Bladder is adequately distended. Urinary Bladder wall show normal thinkness. No mass or calculus is seen. Prostate is normal in size & show normal echo texture. urine examination and culture is normal. no pyogenic organism grown after 48 hours of aerobic incubation. But i have problems of urine start urination (1-2 mins to start) (feel like some thing to stop to passing urine) and frequently urination that last 2-3 months. Medicine but not improvement flodart 0.4 for 15 days, alfoo for 5 days. Please Give me bestest medicine for that problem bcoz my exams is coming. i dont concentration.

Hi Doctor I am having frequent UTIs from past 1 year. Symptoms: Frequent UTIs, weak urine flow, Urgency for urination, no urine Pressure sometimes for 6-7 hours after drinking a lot of water. TESTS DONE: RGU Normal, Uroflowmetry shows weak urine flow, TRUS Normal, cystoscopy shows Mild Trabeculated bladder. Doctor prescribed alfoo 10 mg which does not suits me and does not tell the cause of trabeculated bladder. I have urethritis too which is NOT getting cured after antibiotics too Please let me know what should be the next steps as this has affected my day to day life and health a lot and prostate seems to be normal and no urethral stricture issue. Sir, I have burning at the tip of urethra (penis). From last 10 days constipation and gasting always. Before and after urination discharge happens. And always feeling flow of cloudy fluids. In bathroom time urination occours several times. Feeling pain in the pelvic region and heel(ankle). Burning and pain in the lower abdomen. Sir I started to take AZITHROMYCIN 500mg, ALFOO 10mg, BACSTOL 200 mg.But after taking these medicine ifeel much burning in the stomach and chest also. Sir I have this type of problem from1 year . I consulted practo 2 times but not cured. What to do next sir. Please suggest me .

Hi I have been diagnosed with high bladder neck .Undergone cystoscopy rgu and uroflowmetry.Doctors said it is by birth and suggested to take alfoo. After a 15-20 days meds i felt bette. Last week i did uroflowmetry test which showed very good results.Thing is I'm getting better flow now but sometimes ( say aprox 3 out of 10 days) i have testicle pain and unable to empty my bladder. I have undergone blood test which shows very low vitamin D and B12 . For that i am taking injections and tablets.I am little worried as medications are helping but not properly , is it usual behavior/symptoms.?How long should i take the medicine as if i opt for surgery there are chances of infertility. I understand medications is just a temporary solution but are the symptoms of pain which i have usual or i should consult further.

I have been suffering from recurrent UTI. I have been diagnosed with Bacterial prostetitis. My antibiotics are not sensitive. Everytime I get semen culture done there is a new bacteria. (E-coli is the one that is not sensitive.) Rectal ultrasound showed that my seminal vesicles are bulged and the prostate is also bulged. My PSA level is 6.9. Urine flow is slow but manageable. The condition is continuing from 5 years. Have been taking alfoo that relax my muscles. Burning, Fever & chills are recurrent. Painful ejaculation. Erect penis is tilted towards left side. Blocked ejaculation. Hair loss at very early age. Every f Doctor says even I cure it which is very difficult, this will come back. My question is can this be ever cured and if yes how?

I'm having urinary bladder wall thickness of 9mm and uroflow analysis was very low.after analysis urologist prescribed be me ALFOO tablet for lifetime.now uroflow rate is good.taking tablet from 5 - 6 months.sometimes problems arises once in a week even after tablet has taken.after urine pass small Mark will be seen in pant always.im little worried since I'm 35 years only.what care should be taken to decrease wall thickness.is there any other risks about related to this issue in future? Suddenly I feel very pain in my abdomen.Doctor advice me for usg and blood test after usg doctor found two stone in my right kidney (position - mid calyx,size-4.5 × 4.5,HU 800 to 10000 & 3.5 x 2.5,HU 300 to 400) and uric acid 7. 1mg /dl and calcium 10.3 mg/dl.Last three months I am taking "prorate MB6 solution , alfoo & fabulas 40".Today after usg doctor found one stone in my right kidney size- 4.4mm and uric acid 5.9 & calcium 10.2.Doctor advice me for ESWL (operation). Please advice me.
