I'm feeling depressed day by day due to non performance in my work place leading to loss of reputation in organisation and also in family front due to not fulfilling their needs causing disrespect in home. Not able to concentrate, not able to enjoy little things in life which I used to enjoy earlier. Feeling very low in life, depressed day by day.

I have been taking nexito 10mg for the last 5 months, but from the last 1 month i am taking a tablet irregularly like one day in the afternoon and one day at night. So it won't be any problem to take medicine like that.

From a long time I'm having symptoms like headache feeling low feel sleepy all the time feel that I'm sick vomiting it was all in the week but now I'm feeling all these everyday also losing interest in study and feel to harm myself to sucide I want that nobody likes me  I'm useless I don't deserve anything I should die while I'm sleeping suddenly I woke up and feel to cry also. Having horrorable dreams I don't know what should I do I just feel to die help me please

How to deal with emotional stress due to a particular person to whom you trust more than yourself and he/she hurts back to you again & again and also breaks your trust that makes you sad & stressed always??
