Hi, It's understandable to feel scared and anxious about fluctuations in your blood pressure and accompanying symptoms like dizziness and a rapid heartbeat. Fluctuations in blood pressure can occur for various reasons, including stress, anxiety, diet, lack of physical activity, and underlying health conditions. Remember that fluctuations in blood pressure can be common and may not always indicate a serious health problem. However, it's essential to take your symptoms seriously and seek medical attention if you're concerned or experiencing persistent or severe symptoms. Your healthcare provider can help determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and recommend appropriate treatment options to help you feel better.

It seems to be IAD. It is a type of anxiety Disorder. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine if required. A holistic approach would be the best solution for your concern. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi Thanks for reaching out. The raise in blood pressure could be due to anxiety. Based on what you have mentioned it seems like you are often worried about your blood pressure reading. Your blood test and ecg is normal. Consult a psychologist and explain about your blood pressure reading. A psychologist will guide you on how you can manage anxiety and feel calm. If you feel your anxiety levels are very high I would suggest consulting a psychiatrist as well. With the help of counselling sessions you can work on feeling calm. I would suggest consulting a psychiatrist and psychologist.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

Practicing breathing exercises and grounding techniques can be beneficial in managing anxiety and helping you feel more grounded during episodes of dizziness or panic. Deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness meditation are effective strategies that can help regulate your blood pressure and reduce anxiety. Additionally, keeping a journal or using your notes app to write down your thoughts and feelings can be a helpful tool in understanding your triggers and managing your anxiety more effectively. Please prioritize your health and well-being by seeking professional help and support. You can book a consultation with our team at Mind Sculpt for online sessions where our experienced therapists can provide you with personalised guidance and strategies to manage your symptoms and improve your overall well-being.
