Psychological Counselling

I need to know whether  psychological counseling is required for me or not. I am not feeling it but my wife is insisting and telling that my behaviour towards her has changed recently but i am not realising it.

From the last few months, I have been suffocating from inside and i am unable to control my mind and thoughts. I am now 27 years with a decent job, I have been working on a professional course (but not going well) and i couldn't be able to focus on it, whenever i go to study my mind wanders and mood shifts and i stop studies, this has lead to waste of years and now i can't control my mind and i am unable to achieve to clear the course as i have actually not tried it very well and there is a guilt in me. After all i haven't made my parents happy, they are eagerly waiting for me to clear the professional course, but i couldn't and this has made suffocating and guilt that what i am doing now is totally wrong and i should improve it but i couldn't. My problem is what i decide, i am not implementing it and delaying everything and it has caused me a serious loss of time. Being a eldest son i haven't made my parents happy, this thought hits me hard and i get emotional.

Suffering from something from the last one year, please tell me which is better online or taking face to face psychiatrist sessions.

From the past few months, i on a feeling of gulit and mistakes for not properly working on my career and my life. I am 27 years old, I got graduated on 2017, and after a gap of 1 year i joined a professional course on 2018. I had a good interest to learn and work in that professional course. But it didn't go well with studies, but i gained many knowledge while working in that field for which i have opted the professional course. From 2018 to 2023, it's already 6 years have been passed, I haven't completed my course yet and the reason is due to a year gap in studies, money making mentality, procasination and delaying things have led to this bad situation. Where i can only accept the pain of lossing precious 6 years of my life, which i purely wasted and never concentrated about my studies and career. Due to a huge gap of not studying, i am not able to re start the study phase again, i don't know, but i couldn't. I want to study harder, but i couldn't. This hurts me alot and i have lost.

I am feeling fears depression symptoms and my fin encial problem but I started avoiding all that's why this problem go in subconscious mind in consious. Level I am happy feeling problems in subconscious mind how can I find my problem from subcouncious mind. And Google is saying if you avoid depression and problems make more defficult to solve

I am completely attached to one person that I am always thinking of him and if iam not talking to him it's giving anxiety to me like I am not able to do any other work what should I do

I keep asking my partner about her ex. And asking for reasssurity again and again. Help me with this

I frequently feel anxious and I feel like I overshare with people, which I regret later. I feel anxious very often and I don't know how to help it! My hands tremble and it then brings depression and overthinking. This happens to me frequently in a span of 1-2 weeks.
