Hi! I am sorry that you have to go through this alone. This anxiety of death is a really difficult concern. I have experience working with individual going through similar concerns. You are not alone! What can help is your taking therapy sessions to understand where it's coming from. Very often there are underlying reasons like personal experience with death, health concerns, and thinking deeply about questions like what happens after life.

To help manage your anxiety, consider incorporating breathing exercises into your daily routine. Deep breathing exercises, such as diaphragmatic breathing or the 4-7-8 technique, can help calm your mind and body. You can also try mindfulness meditation to help focus your thoughts and reduce anxiety. Additionally, writing down your thoughts and feelings when you're anxious can be a helpful way to process and manage your emotions. Try keeping a journal or using the notes app on your phone to jot down whatever comes to mind when you're feeling anxious. This can help you gain insight into your triggers and develop strategies to cope with them. If your anxiety persists, it may be beneficial to continue working with a counselor or therapist who specializes in anxiety disorders. At Mind Sculpt, we offer online therapy sessions that can provide you with personalized support and strategies to help you manage your anxiety. All the best!

This fear you are struggling with requires help. This can be a form of intrusive thoughts found in OCD or existential crisis where the meaning of living doesn't seem to be fulfilling enough. I want to suggest you take proper psychotherapy from a psychologist. It will take time but things will get better. Hope it helps. Wishing for your recovery.
