You know, but... Yes, illness anxiety disorder can make you worry about anything that has something to do with your health or life, despite you often knowing that your fear is unreasonable and illogical. Try to operate your common sense to understand that you cannot get rabies after about 90 days of getting exposed to the source of infection. If you continue to fear like this, please consult a psychologist to learn how to handle your fears.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist and seek therapy for illness anxiety disorder.

Living with this fear must be taking a toll on you. Though your fear came from a valid source, it's persistence after multiple evidence is irrational. It can take the form of phobia - extreme fear and avoidance persistently from a stimulus or can turn into obsession which is consistent distressing thoughts and repetitive compulsive behavior of checking, or other behavior to relieve the distress. These problems can be quite hectic and will take a long time to cure. I will suggest seeking therapy as I am working on this issue in the initial phase of it. A mental health professional will be able to help you systematically reduce this fear. Hoping for your fast recovery. Regards.
Next Steps
consult a psychologist.
