OCD -Want to come out from it.

Always feels some dirt is there in my body /dress. If i walk in my room dirt will flow from ground to my body -I feel so and i start to clean myself. I can not go to toilet. I feel toilet is the dirtiest place and i need to take bath with soap then. I met a doctor and she confirmed i have OCD. But i can not take the medicine she prescribed as when i took that medicine i loss my body balance and this effect remains for 24hours. Kindly help.

I'm having a hard time being happy.

Couldn't recall the last time I was. Usually restless, anxious. Think everyone think less of me and it's hurtful. Easily stressed and unable to explain myself clearly. Have a hard time sharing my opinions or thoughts. Low on self worth and confidence. Have trouble making and keeping friends. Very emotional. Have trouble making conversation and finding someone to date. Very judgemental of myself and what all I haven't accomplished. Feel guilty a lot and easily. Feel overwhelmed not being myself at home with family around. Never feel heard in and out of home. Have to assert and almost fight to get small things my way around at home. Nothing comes easy. Feel I don't have a personality. Feel nobody wants to be in my life. Lots of things going on and usually feel it everyday. Feeling insecure is a standard state of mind. Want to love, have confidence and be happy sometimes. Can you help please?
