Hi, As we all know that even before pandemic economy has taken a big hit and many people were losing job. What I want to say is do not take it in yourself. Being angry and losing hope in life is not the solution. You have so much more waiting. Lockdown is a situation for most. Few things which you can do during lockdown, so that you are ready to embrace the opportunity are:
Next Steps
1. Start the day with small little things. As small as maybe making your bed. Grooming. Having glass of juice or milk. This will make you feel good about self. Cause it’s something you have done. 2. Do little bit of stretching and bending. Do it for 15 mins. Physical workout helps in circulation and releasing happy harmon. 3. What do you want to do next? Same field? Switch? What do you need to study to upgrade you skills. Do it. 4. Connect with family friends. Video calls. When you see and hear one close to you, you feel alive. 5. What do you like doing? Painting writing gardening cooking??? Chose and do it.. 3 times in a week. 6. For ticklish feeling at night please consult medicine doctor. As it might be due to deficiencies of vitamins or minerals.
Health Tips
You can always transform anger into a push a motivation. So don’t let it consume you. If you still feel stuck, make sure that you start session(s) with psychotherapist/psychologist

I appreciate that you are aware about your feelings by knowing what you are going through. Currently many people are going on the same due to extraordinary situation in the country. First fall come down yourself and start making to do list this will help you to approach for your suitable interviews/ sending resume. Nothing will happen if one sits only in anger. Feeling uneasy at night is due to stress what you must be going through. You can also try to take help from meditation and mindfulness. There are so many videos and guidance how to do mindfulness and so on in YouTube app. You can also contact me through Practo app.
Next Steps
Consult with psychologist.
Health Tips
Try to keep your self postive.

Hi! This is really a tough time for you and many in similar situations. Lot of frustration and anxiety and self doubt might kick-in, especially when you don't really have a lot of things to do. I think listing down the things that are under your control and working on how to overcome the obstacles might give you a clearer path and some actionable. Also, if you can slightly change your question of "what if this happens" to "how can I overcome if it happens" type of questions, that might help a lot. The ticklish feeling in leg maybe due to low energy level and lack of activity. Some sort of physical activity will surely help to boost your mental and physical state and help you think in more productive ways.
Next Steps
-Try switch thinking- what ifs to how can I -Try listing things that are under control and things that are not, and how to tackle or better things that can be changed -Trying to be physically active, 20 30 mins of exercise -Setting small goals to enhance some skills, separate time for application of jobs, and trying to be a bit more active to choose better consequences will surely help.
Health Tips
We may not always have the situations under our control, but what we choose to do under those circumstances defines our path! All the very best!
