Hi dear thanks, I appreciate your courage in seeking help from us. Yes I understand Mental health is not that accepted in our country, people feel it's still taboo. It's ok. That's true counseling will help you to deal with your emotions and cope with situation which you are going through for a long time. It's nothing but one to one conversation, sharing your thoughts or emotions or problems you had faced. You can explore your self with strengths, know reason for emotional disturbance.

speak with your loved ones or person you are comfortable in family, share your emotional problem, which is similar to physical issue, convey them saying that there is not a problem to take the help of experts... you can exercise to calm your emotions, work on reasons for your issue. start hobbies which can make you happy, fix the routine, socialize with people whom you are comfortable. take care 🙂
