It sounds like you have been carrying a lot internally. When anxiety, low mood, disturbed sleep, and loneliness all come together, it can feel extremely draining — both emotionally and physically. You haven’t mentioned how long this has been going on, but when distress starts affecting sleep and body energy, it usually means your system has been under strain for some time. Please know that what you are experiencing is valid. Many people go through phases where everything feels heavy and confusing, especially at your age when transitions and expectations can feel intense. Talking through this in a safe therapeutic space can really help you understand what is happening beneath the surface and gradually regain emotional balance. With the right support, these patterns can absolutely improve.
Next Steps
You may consider scheduling a consultation so we can understand your situation in more detail and work toward a structured plan for recovery.
Health Tips
If things feel overwhelming right now: Focus on regulating sleep (even small improvements help) Try simple grounding exercises like slow breathing or cold water splash Avoid isolating yourself completely — even minimal connection matters You may reach out to book an appointment for further support.

That sounds like a difficult experience to be in. You have not mentioned what, when and since how long you've started being in this place but it's understandable that you are having a tough time. When so many negative experiences stack together it can feel overwhelming and quite helpless. But it can help to talk about it with a therapist and work through these issues. You could be surprised how even a difficult experience like this can be overcome with time and care.

Aap jo describe kar rahi hain — mood swings, anxiety, depression, loneliness, sleep problem aur physical weakness — ye sab interconnected ho sakte hain. Jab body physically stressed hoti hai, to mind bhi impact hota hai. Aur jab mind overload me hota hai, to body symptoms aur badh jate hain. Sabse pehle ye samajhna important hai ki aap “overreact” nahi kar rahi hain. Aapka system overload me hai.
Next Steps
Abhi ke liye ek choti si habit start karein — daily 10 min walk ya sunlight exposure. Ye mood chemicals regulate karta hai.
Health Tips
Aap thik ho sakti hain, bas structured help aur patience chahiye. Agar aap chahein to hum step-by-step plan ke saath is par kaam kar sakte hain.

hi, It sounds like you're going through a very difficult time with a range of health and emotional challenges, including mood swings, anxiety, depression, loneliness, sleep problems, and feeling physically unwell. These experiences are often interconnected, and when you're feeling overwhelmed and unhappy, it can take a toll on both your mind and body. It's important to remember that you're not alone, and help is available. Reaching out to a mental health professional can provide you with support, guidance, and treatment to manage these feelings and improve your overall well-being. Taking small steps, like practicing relaxation techniques, maintaining a routine, or talking to someone you trust, can also make a difference. Prioritize self-care and be kind to yourself—your feelings are valid, and with support, things can get better. You deserve compassion, help, and care.

It sounds really heavy dealing with mood swings, anxiety, depression, loneliness, sleep problems and physical symptoms all at once can feel exhausting and overwhelming. Often when our emotional stress builds up, it starts affecting our body and sleep too. These are signs that your mind and body need care and support.
Next Steps
In therapy, we can gently explore what’s contributing to these feelings, your environment and your social support - work on stabilising your mood, - improving sleep - and building coping tools so you feel more in control and less alone. If you’re ready, we can schedule a session and start working through this together at your pace
