Feeling emptiness
I am continuously failing since 3-4 yrs ..now feel emptied stucked in like ... moreover I try still hard to succeed but at the end of the day I m all alone with my sadness my loneliness my failure and no one to understand.what should I do

Hello, Asking for help is the first step to come out of the problem that you are facing. Failing at certain aspects in life doesn't make us failure. Feeling sad with regard the same is quite understandable. You need to do two things 1. Keep realistic and achievable goals in a day for example, making your bed, eating food on time, doing your normal chores. 2. Realistic self expectation: at times we set our standard high and aren't able to achieve it. So keeping realistic standards such as doing 5 constructive activities in a day(which are beneficial for self)

Hello Practo user, The symptoms you mentioned above are the indicators of clinical depression but to reach any conclusion a detailed history of the case is required. Since these symptoms have been for quite a long time , a professional would better be able to guide you through it. There must be events that have led you to think and feel like this. Those events need to be discussed in detail. Sometimes, lonliness and emotions make your outlook of the problem cloudy that is where a clinical psychologist comes into the picture and helps you clear those clouds. You need to stay connceted with your friends; whats app or call them. Talk to them about your day. Maintain a diary and write 3 positive and 3 negative thoughts. Try to diffuse these negative thoughts through logical reasoning and include some physical activities during the day.
