Hi You are feeling empty inside and you don’t want to do anything. You are not able to do things you enjoy. It is necessary to determine what is causing feeling of emptiness. It could be due to physical and mental exhaustion or lack of sleep. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about feeling of emptiness. In order to determine the reasons for feeling low and empty inside a psychologist would like to know if you have been feeling anxious or upset lately. A psychologist would also like to know if you are working or studying for long hours. With a psychologist you can talk about your lifestyle, eating habits, water intake, relationship with family, and sleep pattern. A psychologist will help you feel good and calm.

Hello, It sounds so confusing for you, specially since you said everything is good in your life. Sometimes feeling empty can come from a lack of challenge, exhaustion, stress or sadness and depression. You can introspect as to where it is coming. It might help to consult with someone for therapy. In case therapy isn't possible, try journaling (writing in a diary or even phone) to see since when you have felt this emptiness, what the situations were.

Hi... If this has stretched for more than 2 weeks, I would suggest you to consult a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist. We all go through phases of positive and negative thoughts and emotions but they do not persist for long. If they do, than a clinical assessment is necessary. The things you have shared appear similar to early signs and symptoms of depression. Typically a combination of medication and psychotherapy works best in such cases. Where the cause is purely psychosocial in nature, counselling/psychotherapy alone may also work well.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
