Happiness comes mainly in the form of Gratitude. Since there have already been a lot of discussions and opinions. My honest suggestion is Gratitude and being grateful for your moment , by aligning your present self mentally with whatever you have and are doing in life will solve most of the issues. Nothing can make you happy which is material No food , no cars , not even a luxury home until and unless you don’t come to terms with your inner self and your mind.

My Honest suggestion is 1) Meditate for at least 10 minutes a day 2) If you pray , do start with being Grateful to almighty with whatever you have . 3) Try Exercising and releasing those happy hormones each day , it will really help.

If anybody says that "thus is the mantra", then that is not.... Happiness is an experience... It can be bought from any shop nor from any person... Though it is contagious.. How to remain happy, is a way of living, way of thinking, it is way of acceptance, and so on..

Happiness is something very broad. It requires understanding of the concept specific to one's needs. For example what makes you happpy, what makes you disturbed and thn trying to follow how to overcome problems and become happy. Yes, like evryone says that maintain good routine, diet, exercise, spend time with friends, family, etc are some of life skills tht brings happiness. But evryone has different Mantra of happiness and its important to discover your own Mantra by trying different things and thn practicing. You will get to know what gave you more happiness.  I would also so happiness also involves creating balance in life, be it work and personal life, positivity and negativity, stress and no stress. All of this is part of life and let's learn to create balance in this

Looking Good, Feeling Good and Being good are ultimate to Happiest Life. U must maintain Work - Life Balance. Be satisfy with what you have. Every moment is meditation. While you are walking, walking is meditation. While you are bathing, it self it is a meditation. It's called as Any Time Meditation. Mindfulness. We are  human beings. But we become human doings.

Happiness is a state of mind which cant be always like that as we go through many challenges and difficult situations in life, so first of all we need to accept that I can't be happy always but when some things or situations disturbs me keep this in mind that there is always a solution for it.

Hi I understand, I think that you are questioning the emotions of the people, how to be happy in difficult situations? If a person having a goal towards the life is very important, along with that the person self preparedness to face the challenges of different ways, also with learning to be acceptance as a part of emotions in the life. Every one will not be happy through out , yes all of our emotions, goals and expectations remains different. All of us at one point of time do ask ourselves what to do.. However self satisfaction makes a lot of sense in most of work we do. Which keeps us happy and peaceful, avoid getting habituated with negative thoughts or situation. We have to learn moving on and on with the situation. I am not sure what point you are looking from us. But still I tried to give few inputs to you. Take care stay positive.

Its very good question.. happiness if something created by own.. to stay happy we have to create that moment it is not something which just happened accidentally.. in my view peace of mind, self awareness and self love are Mantra to stay happy. If one just remember that time will pass away no matter in which situation you are, also to keep learning attitude that whatever happens happens for good and we get lessons for it. There is always tomorrow and tomorrow is beautiful.
