Please suggest some natural ways to cope up with anxiety.All my other tests are normal. All blood tests normal all ECGs and echoes are normal. I just need natural ways to cope up with difficulty in breathing and choking feeling in throat. My physician says I have anxiety. I have been under 2 senior doctors and I dont need any consultation else this... Please I request not to advice me for consultation. :)..

Who sets the online consultation fees and who hiked it (the doctor itself or practo) and why my doctor with whom i am consulting was showing offline from last 2-3 weeks

I am undergoing anxity disorder and panic attack problm previously i have consulted a doctor who has prescribd me pexep plus 12.5 after dinner 1 time which i have taken for 39 days and etilaam pro 20 2 times which i have taken for 45 days now i have change my consultant and she has given me paxidep cr 25 1 time for 2 weeks  And etilaam pro 20 for 2 weeks is there any problm in change in one tablet and consultant. I feel dizzy , head swing, lazy, loose motion does its medicines side effect.

Suddenly one night I was having trouble breathing. Although I could breathe but It felt like air is not passing into my lungs,i had to take deep breaths (like yawn).I felt like something is struck in my throat. I went online,and found out that it could be due to anxiety.

Can't sleep well in night or day at all. Over thinking and nervous always. Panic and Anxiety continues whole day. Keep thinking of the worst in such troubled times. Feel probably having fever sometimes. Get chill, shivers and feel heat sometimes. Sweating behind neck and in temples sometimes. Worrying has become a second nature, can't concentrate, or focus. Feel the worst for me and my family. Feel the worst disease may hit me. What will happen to me and my family?? What is the future going to be?

My brother is suffering from depression last 3years. Actually he was cheated by his girlfriend..he loves her so much till now..and he thinks about her memory all the time..but now.. he‌ prays for death..he is frustrated for past memories and try to commit suicide... What can I do?

What to do for stress loss and loss of anxiety.. As i am getting some different thoughts and it's getting fear in me.
