Anxiety treatment involves both pharmacological as well as psychological treatment. The psychological treatment helps individuals overcome their anxiety and learn effective ways to deal it  better  which makes the person less dependent on medications only.
Next Steps
I would request you  to consult  clinical psychologist. You can consult me as well.

Hi! It takes sometime for the body to adjust to medicines. But if the side effects still persist, you may talk to your psychiatrist about it. Also, please go ahead with counseling. A lot many times, anxiety aggravates due to belief systems and our thought patterns. A few sessions with your therapist me surely help you get a sense of security and will help you cope with anxiety in much better ways.
