Hi, panic attack is a form of severe anxiety disorder. You have to identify the triggers to deal with it.You get over it with professional help. You have to rule out any medical conditions like hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiency etc.Psychological assessment is important to know the severity. If you have sever anxiety and it is impairing your daily life activities you should consult a psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist for assessment and further therapy sessions
Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you to deal with. Panic attacks are a symptom of a deeper issue of trauma which seems to have been triggered. The trauma is something which is an event which made you feel fear in the past and the same seems to be triggered every time you feel similarly. We have to work on the core wound which is stored in the subconscious and then release the emotions of fear and grief and any other residuals that are attached with the same event. Once those are released in a safe space you will not have these panic attacks that you’re experiencing now. You will feel calmer and wellness will settle into your system putting you in homeostasis. You’re on the path of wellness and thanks for standing up for yourself. ⭐️

Hi
Consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel anxious. You are stressed about exam. It is necessary to identify anxiety triggers. A psychologist will help you with anxiety management and relaxation techniques to feel calm.
If you are having symptoms such as chest pain, nausea, sweating, increased heart rate, and dizziness talk about it with a psychologist. If symptoms are unbearable consult a psychiatrist.

Contact me for counselling session. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.
Breathe in through your nose. As you do it, count to five.
Breathe out through your nose to the count of five.
Repeat several times.
Once you feel comfortable with breaths that last five counts, increase how long you breathe in and breathe out. You can work up to breaths that last up to 10 counts.
