Hi , it must be difficult for when you have sleeping disorder and anxiety.
It would be better to understand the cause. Since you haven’t mentioned I am giving you general tips.
Try to do some workouts to make your body tired , before sleep drink some warm milk and listen to deep sleep hypnosis. For anxiety try to do breathing exercises.
None of this will replace real time counselling. Even with lockdown we are all available on remote counselling.

Due to overthinking one might develop anxiety and usually have disturbed sleep. It is a food thing that you know the root cause of your issues. Most important thing here is to break the habit of overthinking.
Next Steps
1. Somewhere in a day write down: (in crisp points) what you think about- how this thought/situation is helpful/effecting in current time- what can you do about it. Try to keep 30 mins for this activity and a fix time.
2. Very important devote 1 hour for developing hobbies . 1 week u can do workout, another meditation, another some blog writing and if you like some you can keep doing it but keep doing different things. This way your overthinking will be utilised in better way.
3. If a thought or situation is bothering you, reach out to friends and family. Find out ways. Ways which you can implement and work on. Yes, you can also reach to psychologist/psychotherapist for more clarity.
4. Keep time for self grooming. It a way start loving yourself.

Lockdown is a wonderful time to devote time for self. Please try to work on things. Remember, to ask for help
During this period there has been a change in routine. Maintain some proper sleep Hygiene.
Don't take power naps. Don't lie down or be in your bed during day time. Don't use your phone when trying to sleep ( blue light inhibits sleep ) .
And don't make a drastic change in the timing of sleep .
