Breath work. Not only does breathing help relax your physical body but it also centers you mentally and spiritually. It’s free and easy. Breathe in for 10 seconds, hold for 10 seconds. Then breathe out for 10 seconds, hold for 10 seconds. Repeat. I promise if you have anxiety and do this, you’ll feel the tension release. Stop trying to fight the feeling or escape it. This is one of the hardest things to do but is life changing. Allow yourself to sit with the feeling. This is extremely difficult at first, especially during a panic attack. But a panic attack will not actually kill you. If you know no matter how scary it is, you’re okay, and you see it through, it will only get easier each time. Eventually you won’t even fear anxiety. Be kind to yourself. Practice self care. Whatever that means to you. I can’t stress how important showing self love is. Positive affirmation and transmuting the anxiety driven thoughts. You can say whatever you want but what worked for me is “I am not my body. I am my soul and my soul is always content.” Or “ I transmute this feeling into unconditional love and send it through my violet flame to mother Gaia to transmute.” You don’t have to say either of these, just whatever works for you. Ground yourself. Get outside and take your shoes off. Sit or stand on the grass. Nature tends to have one of the greatest calming effects. I hope this brings you comfort and peace. Sending you love and warmth.

Hi, 2 sessions will provide you a temporary relief, in which chances of relapses are there. Incase you aren't aware & unsure of the therapy procedure then first consult a psychologist let them understand your issues & discuss treatment options & then take the decision. We offer drugless treatment Hypnotherapy which takes several sessions, it might be quicker than other modalities but providing a band-aid won't work unless you completely work on the root cause. Take care

Hi.... I am sorry to disappoint you but it is like having a minor heart attack and asking a doctor/cardiologist to make some quick fixes to correct it. We don't practice magic. Some techniques like hypnotherapy does provide some quick results but if the root remains, the symptoms will come back again. For anxiety/panic attacks weekly counselling sessions are a must. No good can be achieved by 1-2 sessions. It's a waste of time, effort, and money. I sometimes feels strange on the irony of health, especially mental health, in India. People are ready to spend lakhs of rupees on expensive surgeries, but unwilling to make the lifestyle changes that can prevent it. I have seen people suffer for years and waste their time, energy, money on useless things but not on their health and timely treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
