I feel extremely sad and anxious. I cry uncontrollably whenever I do. I'm normally a happy person but unable to stay happy since quite sometime.

I was in relationship my personal n professional life is just getting ruined everyone comes to me to show case my mistake. Is right actually right or correct in relationship only one person is responsible for everything and everytime.

Why therapists escape the session without letting client know. My therapist booked slot for me and escaped not on this platform.. I am talking about another platform.

Dear Doctor I am Deepthy K, i am working as a senior manager in one of the MNC company. I have been facing issues from past few years. I feel stressed out with lot of negative thoughts, anxiety and fear. I have developed this fear from past few years. I get scared to travel to places.
