Its the uncertainty which is causing the worry along with the repurcussions of the lost job..its natural response as that tension is there in ur subconscious thoughts...its important to have constructive thoughts, taking proactive steps to regain the employed thoughts..
Next Steps
u must involve urself in a routine which has some creative pursuits to break this cycle of constant worry

You are not the only one and thinking of the plight of so many could be an underlying counterargument...look for avenues...when irritated, walk out of the situation and refocus on positive aspects...which we usually take for granted
Instead of worrying about what we lost, it is better to to focus on what to do next..
That is the solution.. Yet, with so much of consufiin and Irritation you might not be able to think better.
So, consult a psychological Counselor to overcome this issue and to get a clarity and understanding about yourself and about your future life..
Hi.. As you are already taking anti-anxiety/anti-seizure medication, so I suppose you have already consulted a Psychiatrist.
Since how long you have been suffering from Anxiety? And did you receive any diagnosis from your Psychiatrist?
Treatment of Anxiety Disorders requires both Therapy and Medication.
