I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such a challenging time. It's understandable to feel overwhelmed when dealing with multiple sources of stress like family, career, and health. The constant need for reassurance and overthinking can contribute to anxiety and sleep disturbances. Seek professional help: It's essential to consider speaking with a mental health professional such as a therapist or counselor. They can provide personalized guidance and support to help you address your specific worries and anxieties. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises, can help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions and reduce the tendency to ruminate on worries. They can also be useful during anxiety attacks to help you regain control over your thoughts. Set aside "worry time": Designate a specific time during the day for worrying. When anxious thoughts arise outside of that designated time, remind yourself that you will address them during your designated period, which can help you postpone excessive worrying.

Hi.. This is a typical case of health anxiety. It has become increasingly very common post pandemic. Lot of people are suffering from severe health anxiety and the reasons are also very much lying in the environment. Increased death rate, incidences of severe health conditions (heart, lungs, etc.), disruption of global supply chain, market and economic downturn, increased prices of basic amenities, etc., all such factors are responsible for increasing the occurrence of health related anxiety in the population. As an individual what we can do is to first regulate our basic physiological needs like sleep, exercise, meals, breathing/meditation, etc. Try to keep it timely and healthy. Try to reduce your screen time and try to spend more time in open air/under the sky. To much of digital exposure also gives rise to irrational fears and anxiety. Apart from all this taking professional help for your concerns will also help you learn some basic skills to address your core issues.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
